General Information

• Easy-to-use hydraulic flow and pressure controller which provides an interface between hydraulic tools and the hydraulic system on (for example) a tractor, a lorry or a mechanical digger.
• The large control knob is for setting the correct flow rate for the tool in use (40, 30 or 20 l/min).
• A valve limits the outward pressure to 140 bar (this maximum pressure can, however, be adjusted to a different value).

General Info The K2500 is an easy-to-use, hydraulic power cutter which is also very light. It makes an ideal complement to the K3600, delivering the capacity for demanding jobs which call for high power. This model is equipped for a 16″ (400 mm) cutting disc, offering a large cutting depth for demanding jobs.

The K2500 lets you work efficiently and comfortably for long spells at a time. Freedom from exhaust gases and low noise level make it especially suitable for jobs indoors. It is robust, reliable and requires very little service.

The hydraulic motor is located inside the main tool casing and drives the cutting disc via a belt. The distance between handles and distribution of weight between handles has been optimized for every normal working position. This makes it easy to guide and operate the cutter with precision and without undue exertion.

Using the K2500 for pre-cutting

The K2500 hydraulic power cutter can be operated in tandem with the K3600 Ring cutter. The initial cut is made with the K2500 to full depth, then the finishing cut is made with the K3600.

This method makes it easier to achieve a straight and perpendicular cut. The work is faster overall and blade economy is improved.

Servo for motor speed control

The Husqvarna K2500 has a servo function for its hydraulic motor speed control, for convenience and easy operation.

Reversible cutting arm

Reversing the cutting arm with just a few simple operations allows you to get the blade as close to the wall or floor as possible.

Blade brake

The hydraulic motor has a patented braking valve which is actuated as soon as the cutter’s speed control is released. The blade will then be stopped within seconds.
