If you currently send out your tile to be fabricated:

Assumptions:
The average kitchen has 50 ft of counter top to bullnose and polish
The fabricator will charge $6 per foot for a total of $300.
You will charge your customer $9 per foot for bullnosing.
50 ft times $9 = $450 your income from customer
50 ft times $6 = $300 your cost to fabricate
$450 – $300 = $150 your profit
